This Privacy Policy describes what Matsukawa Tourism Bureau (hereinafter referred to as “we”) complies with when we use our customers’ personal information or its equivalent information related to the services we provide.

We use personal information within the scope necessary to achieve our purpose of use described below. We will not use any personal information other than to achieve our purpose of use described below except in cases in which the customer personally gives his/her consent in advance.
1)To respond to customer inquiries as well as to send documents to the customer.
2)To arrange and reserve services for which the customer applied.
3)To provide information to the customer related to products and services of us and affiliated organizations and companies, and for marketing communications.
4)To prepare a statistical summary and to research and develop services for tourism and local development.
5)To facilitate communication with the customer.

We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from leakage, loss or damage.

If we entrust an individual or entity with the handling of any personal information, we will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over such individual or entity to ensure the security of such personal information.

We will respond appropriately to requests from our customers to disclose the personal information that we maintain concerning them, to correct any inaccuracies in such information and to cease use of their personal information without delay. We will not respond to those requests unless we verify the identity of the person making the request.
7. Organization and structure
We will at all times assign responsibility for management of personal information to an executive officer of Matsukawa Tourism Bureau in order to help ensure appropriate management and continuous improvement of personal information.

Our privacy policy may change from time to time. The changes to our privacy policy will be deemed to be effective from the date of posting on this website unless we specify otherwise.
